Tool Daily Adjustable Soap Chemical Injector for Pressure Washer, 3/8 Inch Quick Connect

SKU: B07WTSMSBM

Quick Overview

  • ATTENTION: Working pressure is 1000 to 3200 PSI. Flow rate is from 1.5 GPM to 4 GPM. The presure which is higher than 3200 PSI will not work. Power washer chemical injector kit includes chemical injector, 10 Feet tubing, filter and black soap nozzle.

  • Application: Must Follow Manual to Set Up Chemical Injector. It is used to siphon detergent out of separate container. The chemical runs after pump. So it allows for a wider choice of chemicals.

  • Chemical injector has standard 3/8’’ quick connect fitting. It connects pressure washer pump to hose.

  • Dilution ratio of chemical vs water can been adjusted by controlling metering valve.

  • Works with most brands of gas and electric pressure washer. Suitable for cold and hot water pressure washer.

I like how you can swap the fittings on this injector. I previously ordered the Mi T M injector and it wouldn't work for me because the fittings were fixed opposite from how my machine is setup. That being said, this chemical injector gets the job done. I hooked it up to my 3000psi 2.5gpm Simpson pressure washer and it pulls the SH mix without issue. Cleaned my house mildew free in about half the time it used to take with just water pressure and no chemical. Be sure to rinse the injector out and lube the internal spring so it works the next time you need it. Review by Tony C / (Posted on 4/17/2019)
Injector is decent quality. I would recommend and buy again. It works well.

I bought this hoping it would work with an entry level electric machine. It does not. That is no reflection on the quality though, just reality. Works perfect on a gas machine and the build quality is good. The quick connects are good to great quality. It seems to be as durable as another quality one I bought locally for much more. The venturi is marked 2.0 which i assume is in mm, but whatever that means, that is what this is marked. I have a 1.8 that does not work with an electric machine either. I hoped this might. Nope. Maybe if I tried a larger, very short hose which i don't have. My machines only do 1.3 and 1.6 gpm at 1700 psi. My gas one does 2.3 gallons as 2700 psi and this works with that fine. The quality is good. While the low pressure nozzle included is okay, consider it a freebee and you get what you pay for. It is not excessively cheap, nor is it really high quality. It works fine though. Personally, I recommend you keep to stainless steel nozzles if you want them to last. You get what you pay for. You will need to use this type black "soap" nozzle in your gun to draw soap though. I would guess this is a 3.0 nozzle for pretty generic use in a gas machine. A smaller one works better in an electric, but as I said, an eletric doesn't push enough water to draw chemical or soap. A larger, more expensive 2.0 gallon or more per minute electric machine might, I don't know. Doesn't work on my electrics, even with no nozzle in. So it is a flow, back pressure problem with the smaller machines or hoses, or both. It isn't too much pressure due to the wrong nozzle. If you need a soap injector, this will work fine. However, you will HAVE to use a low pressure, higher volume black nozzle to feed soap. They probably provide the nozzle to make it more fool proof and not get needless returns from people who have no clue. Having a larger sized hose for less back pressure helps with the soap feed as well. I use it for washing cars. Using an excessively long hose or one that is too thin (or both) may provide too much backpressure to suck chemicals. Just an FYI which you will find out the hard way anyway. I did. The best tool to soap up a car is a foam gun though. You burn through the soap in a few minutes, but even if you dilute the soap to weaken it and stretch a bottle, it foams well enough to do an excellent job. I use a foam gun on vehicles now and not a chemical injector unless it is to use a weak soap solution as a rinse aid. For injecting soap, this works fine and the quality is good. Don't expect it to work with a high pressure nozzle though. (Green, White, Yellow, Orange). It will work with a "second story" soap nozzle. I use that to "pressure wash" chunks off my deck with. Better than the regular hose, but not a lot of water comes out. It comes out as a low pressure stream, but that is good enough and there is soap in the water for scrubbing with a deck brush. Again, for a LOT of foam, use a foam soap gun. You will get a lot more cleaner on what you are cleaning, and you make the soap as weak or as strong as you want and it still foams and sticks well enough. The stronger the soap, the thicker and clingier the foam. Well, "and that's the way it is". Review by A. R. Kauth / (Posted on 4/9/2019)

HORRIBLE Experience. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I've had a bad experience with this. I bought it and tried to use - with no success. It does not draw any chemical on my Excell 2.8 Gpm with a black/pink nozzle. I've tried all the tips for trouble shooting, and nothing. Worst of all is the customer service. I reached out to them via email posted on the paper it came with, and no answer. Do not take the risk. Invest your money else where. Review by Oscar Valle / (Posted on 10/2/2018)

Easy to set up. Works for Ryobi pressure washer. Great chemical injector kit. Got all parts to set up injecting system. My hose has M22 fitting. Buy M22 to 3/8'' quick connect kit together. Connect the quick connect kits to hose and pump. Then the chemical injector can quick connect to hose or pump. Very easy. Review by Charles / (Posted on 12/16/2017)

What I Need to Inject Soap

It is what I looking for. Works very well with Ryobi pressure washer. The soap nozzle have been attached. It is whole set to set up chemical injecting. The soap hose is enough long to pick up soap. The black filter can help filter out impurity. The weight of ball inside black filter helps the filter sink into the chemical. The quick connector at the end of valve is easy to connect. So set up this system fast. Used it for one month. No any issue. Work as it should be. Review by James / (Posted on 10/27/2016)

Will not siphon. I have been using pressure washers for 30 years. This is the first downstream injector to not work out of the box. I tried everything to make it work including priming and elevating the bucket----and yes it was correctly connected. My bad for letting it sit in the box past the return policy date.
